It is used to issue invoices, manage administrative processes and - uniquely - also to make payments directly in the application. From the beginning, the platform is adapted to the European regulations on e-invoices (structured invoices), and after the launch of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) in Poland, it will be integrated with it as well. It also allows free exchange of documents between the accounting office and the entrepreneur. So take the first step and see how to create a user account in Banqup.

Creating a new account on the Banqup platform is intuitive and should not cause any trouble. All you need to do before starting the process is to prepare basic data about your company.

Once on the login page, select your preferred platform language and the country in which your company is registered.

Then click the "Create Account" button at the bottom right.

Once you have completed the form and created a password, click the "Continue" button.

You will receive an email containing a one-time access code to the email address provided in the form.

You can paste or rewrite the code, and when you do, click "Continue."

After successfully verifying your email address, you will go to your company's configuration panel. Enter your company's TIN or name in the search field.

Then click "Find My Company" and the search results will appear below.

Select your company from the list shown and click "This is my company."

If your company is not among the search results, you can easily fill in the data yourself by clicking "Create my company." After entering the data, click "Continue".

When you select your company from the list or complete its data yourself, you will be asked to verify the data.

Once you confirm it by clicking "Continue", you will be redirected to the main page of the application. Your Banqup platform account will be ready!
